B&B Income Tax Service was formed in 1968 in Chelmsford, MA by the Bakke brothers and Tom Barry. Communication, loyalty, honesty, integrity and respect are the ideals set from opening day. A business built on a solid foundation will naturally allow for steady growth within the community. The business was eventually moved to Westford where it continues to serve its existing clients.

B&B is owned and operated by Bruce Romagnoli. The firm provides pre-tax planning and tax preparation related services. Combined with the added benefit of financial services, our firm equals the best of both worlds – helping clients see their hard work lead to greater financial achievements in pursuit of their goals and objectives for retirement. Together, Bruce Romagnoli, Mark Lawless and Robert Aries make up the professional team. Following in the footsteps of their predecessors, B&B Income Tax and Financial Services, LLC will continue with the same Mission established in 1968.
