Bruce Romagnoli

Bruce is the owner of B & B Income Tax and Financial Services, LLC. He holds the designations of CLU®, Chartered Life Underwriter and ChFC®, Chartered Financial Consultant. The credentials are industry recognized and are an identification of advanced study, training and experience within the financial services industry. Bruce combines his expertise in life insurance and risk management along with comprehensive financial planning directing his clients in how to face the challenges and concerns of pre-retirement planning and post-retirement income streams.

Bruce is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business & Economics and received his certificates from the American College. He has held Adjunct Faculty positions at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA and New Hampshire Community Technical College in Portsmouth, NH teaching courses in retirement planning. He is the recipient of numerous industry awards and is an active community volunteer.

Mark Lawless

Mark Lawless is a Tax Accountant and Financial Professional. He is also an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) licensed by the IRS and has a National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) Fellow designation which is evidence of significant expertise in the representation of taxpayers before the IRS.

He has held executive management positions and C-Level positions in Finance & Administration and in Business Planning. He has conducted related consulting engagements with companies operating across a variety of industries in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and India. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics and M.S. degrees in Economics, Finance and Accounting.

Robert Aries

Robert is the Administrator of the B & B Professional Team. He is a graduate of the ROTC program Officers Training School and received his Commission in 1981. He has worked in the Insurance and Investment industry for over three decades. Robert’s expertise is in working with owners and executives of closely held businesses in the areas of executive and employee benefits.

He is a graduate of Fitchburg College and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting. Active in the local community of Nashua, NH where he resides with his wife Susan and raised their five children. Robert is a Board of Director Member of the Nashua Youth Soccer League.
